Night of the Iguana

I had a terrible case of insomnia one recent night, and was writhing in frustration and self-pity when I turned on the telly and was rewarded with an unusual cinematic gem. Why are all the good flicks on at 4am anyway?

It must have been my third time watching The Night of the Iguana
starring the inimitable Ava Gardner and Richard Burton.

One of the most salient scenes features Deborah Kerr trying to soothe a hysterical Richard Burton as he struggles to release himself from the hammock which has become his prison. The women had tied him up, head to foot and suspended him there.

After pleading and grappling with a gorgeously drunken Ava, he admonishes Deborah Kerr's character with a rather resonant complaint, :..."I thought you were sexless. But you've just become a woman. And do you know how I know that? *you* like *me* tied up! All women, whether they wish to admit it or not, would like to get men into a tied-up situation."

Those lines always send me into wicked fits of laughter...

Boston was such a blast! & My very First Review

I had another stellar stay in Boston, where I trained a few new sissies and honed my skills at rubber band flinging among other fine arts. I garnered my first review on Max Fisch - The Hang.

Very exciting development.

The rainy weather kept me indoors more than I might have liked, which led to some brooding - a state of mind that is always fertile ground for hatching new torments and scenes. So I suppose that would be the silver lining...

On the Brink...of Returning to Boston. June 17th - June 26th

Back Home to Dreary SF

Home in San Francisco and the weather's pretty gloomy. Still, some exciting projects await me and I'll delve into them with characteristic gusto.

Whenever I visit Boston, I always feel as though I am returning to a second home. Since every other visit has been in the midst of freezing temps, snow and rain, the gorgeous weather today casts a new light on the city. I'm seeing it as if for the first time. Of course sleep deprivation embues the views with a gaussian blur...but I'll fight the fatigue. I'm not the napping type.

Fond Memories of The Laughing Mistress Salon

As I prepare for my upcoming visit to Boston, I can't help reminiscing about my long, fascinating days of training at The Laughing Mistress's SM Academy.

Some time ago, Mistress Ava took me under her wing for a spell, and it opened my mind to the true potential of female dominance.
